PortuKeys ("we", "us", "our") is a boutique relocation and integration services company based in Lisbon, Portugal. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you ("you", "client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

PortuKeys provides relocation advisory, visa guidance, tax coordination, real estate assistance, and related integration services. Our services are provided on the basis of the specific engagement agreed between us, as set out in a service proposal or client agreement.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Where legal services are required, we coordinate with qualified legal professionals on your behalf.

3. Consultations

Consultation requests submitted through our website are non-binding enquiries. Engagement of our services is formalised only upon execution of a written service agreement and receipt of any applicable deposit or payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested
• Supply required documents in a timely manner
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your case
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are as agreed in your service proposal. All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in your individual service agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal or case information to third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

PortuKeys will exercise reasonable professional care in delivering its services. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from visa, tax, or immigration processes, as these are determined by the relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to PortuKeys in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of PortuKeys and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
