PortuKeys was founded by David Williams with a single vision: to make the dream of living in Portugal a reality for anyone, anywhere in the world. After experiencing the complexity of relocating first-hand, David decided to build a personal, high-touch service to guide others through it.
Today, David operates PortuKeys as an independent professional legal entity in Portugal, working with a carefully selected network of trusted partners — independent lawyers, accountants and real estate specialists — each accredited by their respective professional bodies and engaged with you under their own professional responsibility.
